Off the kitchen there is a cosy open plan dining and lounge area. This has a table set for up to four people and a large settee and single high backed upholstered chair. This contains

a large colour TV with sky

a cd player.
Access to the rear patio through large opening double doors.

Through the door into an inner hall way with a cupboard. In the cupboard there is an

iron and ironing board

mop and bucket

brush and dustpan

vacuum cleaner.

Off the hall there is a family bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, toilet and wash basin.

The master bedroom has a king size bed

OUTSIDE

There is off street parking down the right side of the cottage. There is one step into the cottage from the front entrance.

At the rear, there are two steps down on to a lovely south facing patio area with a wooden table and four chairs. There is a gate out of this area on to a quiet lane. You can walk down the lane through the ford and up into the lovely green hills of the Peak District.

Parking is provided down the side of the cottage to the right hand side

And you’ll find a wide range of walks - from the easiest to the most challenging - within minutes of your doorstep.
